Mr. Abidoye Oyelami graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Actuarial Science and a Master in Business Administration degree both from the University of Lagos. He joined Crusader Insurance in 1979. He had worked in the Actuarial Services and Group Life and Pensions departments. He was General Manager (Life Operations) before his appointment as the Acting Managing Director of Crusader Pensions Ltd in 2004. In May 2005, he was appointed as the Acting Managing Director of Crusader Insurance upon the exit of former Managing Director. He was appointed as Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer with effect from July 1, 2005 and became substantive Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer from December 14, 2005.
He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London and Nigeria. Mr. Oyelami was for many years, a Council member and Treasurer of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria

ADEWALE SALAU
Senior Manager (Head, Enterprise Management)
B.Sc. (Mathematics); ACA.

Mr Wale Salau holds a B.Sc. (Ed.) Mathematics from Ogun State University in 1989. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

As a Chartered Accountant, he joined Crusader Insurance (Nig.) Plc in May 2002 as Deputy Manager before rising to his present position as Senior Manager. He had worked as the Head of Credit Control Department and presently the Head of Enterprise Management of the company

Before joining Crusader, Mr Wale Salau had worked as Auditor and Credit Control Manager in various organizations including Niran Amao & Co. Manager, Gateway Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd and former Gateway Bank of (Nig) Plc now Intercontinental Bank Plc.

ADESEGUN SALAMI (B.SC (ACTUARIAL SCIENCE), M.SC, ACIIN)
Controller, Group Life Operations

He holds B.Sc(2.1) in Actuarial Science and obtained a Master degree in Management at University of Lagos.  He is an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria with strong bias in Life & Pensions.
He had worked for Guinea Insurance Plc and NFI Insurance Plc. He also had a stint with UNIC Insurance Plc as a Senior Manager, Life Operations. He joined Crusader Life Limited around November 2007.

LERE ADEJUWON (B.SC., MBA, ACIT, ACA)
Senior Manager, Head Internal Control (Life)

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institue of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He had previously worked in a reputable auditing firm where he participated in auditing and accounting work of many organizations before joining Armour Insurance which metamorphosed into Trust & Guarantee Ins. Co. Ltd.  He rose to the position of Head of Accounts/ Finance and Administration. He has spent more than Ten years in Insurance Industry. Lere has attended several seminars and courses with specialty in IT audit, Financial Accounting, General Management and also a good disciple of due diligent practices.

OKONKWO UDUKA (HND, ACIIN)
Senior Manager, Head Individual Life

He is a professional insurer, having been admitted over five years ago as an Associate Member of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.  He has had over two decade experience in Life and pensions administration. He headed our Group Life and Pensions claims unit for several years and presently the head of Individual Life Department. By his experience, he has run the whole gamut of Life and Pensions administration. He graduated from Lagos State Polytechnic, where he obtained Higher National Diploma in Insurance.
