OLUTOLA MOBOLURIN Managing Director / CEO B.Sc (Accounting & Finance); MBA; FCISN Mr. Mobolurin graduated from the State University of New York, Binghamton New York in 1975. He holds a masters of Business Administration degree from York University, Toronto in 1977. Mr. Mobolurin is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He sits on the Board of many companies in Nigeria and currently he is the Chairman of Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited and the Executive Vice-Chairman of CUK Holdings Limited. Mr. Mobolurin has once served on the Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange as a representative of Capital Bancorp Limited, when he was the MD of the same Company. He was the President and chairman of council of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers (2001-2003), Chairman of the Securities & Exchange Commission panel on the Re-activation of the Bond Market in Nigeria (2000). He was appointed as Assessor and Part-time member of the Investment and Securities Tribunal in 2002. Mr. Mobolurin had earlier worked in Plateau Investments Company Limited, City Securities Limited and Continental Merchant Bank Limited. He rose to the rank of Deputy General Manager and Head of Corporate Finance Division in the same bank before joining Capital Bancorp Limited in 1988 as the Managing Director & CEO.
TAJUDEEN KAREEM General Manager (Finance & Management Services) B.Sc (Economics); ACA; FLMI Mr. Taju Kareem is a graduate of Economics of University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has over ten (10) years experience in the insurance industry at top management level. In addition to being a chartered accountant, in 1998 he attained the designation of Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) with distinction through Life Office Management Association (LOMA) of Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America. He had his professional accounting training between 1987 and January, 1993, first with Aremu Akindele & Co, later with Ijewere & Co. and also with Ernst & Young (Chartered Accountants). He left Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager in January, 1993. Mr. Kareem joined AIICO Insurance Nigeria Plc in February, 1993 as a Senior Manager in the finance division of the company. He left AIICO in February, 2004 as an assistant General Manager in the same division. He joined Crusader Insurance in February, 2004 as General Manager (Finance and Management Services).
FEMI AJIGBO General Manager (Risk Management & Control) B.Sc. (Insurance); MBA; ACII; AIIN. Mr. Femi Ajigbo is an alumnus of the University of Lagos where he graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance. He later obtained Master in Business Administration degree in the same university. He had earlier worked with Hogg Robinson (Nigeria) Ltd. (a firm of insurance brokers) before he joined Crusader Insurance in January, 1984 as a Marketing Executive. He is an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London and Nigeria. He had worked at various times in the General business and Marketing departments of Crusader Insurance. He was the head the Public Sector, Education and Health strategic Business unit. He is currently the General Manager in charge of Risk Management and Loss Control of the Group.
EMWANTA EHIGIATO Company Secretary (Legal, Secretarial & Trustee) LLB, BL; LLM; CIBL; ACIS; MBA. Mr. Ewanta Ehigiato had his first degree in law from the University of Lagos in 1982 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983. He also holds a Certificate in International Business and Commercial Law awarded by McGeorge School of Law, California, USA. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London. He holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos and a Masters in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Mr. Ehigiato had earlier worked with NAL Bank Plc, and Rims Merchant Bank Limited before joining Crusader Insurance in 1997. Mr Ehigiato is currently the company Secretary/Legal Adviser of the company.
DANIEL BRAIE Group Head, Enterprise Marketing Dip. Ins (WAII): MBA, ACII: ACIIN. Daniel started his insurance career with UNIC Insurance Plc in 1977 in the Marine Department where he rose to the position of Marine Underwriter / Adjuster of claims. In 1985, he was moved to the Marketing Department as one of the pioneer staff. He left in 1996 as National Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to Technical Department as Senior Controller in charge of Underwriting with overall responsibility fot the company's key clients and branches. Prior to joining Trust & Guarantee Insurance Company Limited in November 2001, he was Head of Marketing Research Development & Strategy and was also responsible for branch co-ordination. He was on attachment to Commercial Union Assurance Company, London, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. Joined Crusader (Nigeria) Plc in May 2007 following the successful merger of T & G Operations with Crusader as Group Head, Enterprise Marketing.
T.O. OYAFEMI Assistant General Manager (Enterprise marketing) ACII, AIIN. Oyafemi is a graduate of the polytechnic, Ibadan and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Nigeria and London. He has acquired a wide experience by working with some of the leading insurance companies in Nigeria; among which are UNIC Ins plc, Leadway ins. Co. ltd and Lion of Africa Ins. Co ltd. He has worked for Equity Indemnity Insurance, where he rose to the rank of AGM (Technical). He has served at various committee levels of CIIN and NIA, where he spent two terms as the chairman of the Accident Offices Committee. He has attended many technical and management courses and has equally facilitated in many Course Sessions. He is currently in Enterprise Marketing, where his rich bouquet of experience is brought to bear. He has been in the insurance industry for about 20 years.
JUBRIL O. AJOSE Controller (Budget & Performance Management) HND (Accountancy), MBA; MMP; ACA, ACTI Mr Jubril Olagbenga Ajose graduated with distinction in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria. He has Master in Business Administration from University of Uyo and Master of Managerial Psychology from University of Ibadan. He is an associate of both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He began his working career with Citizen Communications Limited in 1993 before joining Golden Insurance Company Limited in 1995 vas an Assistant Manager (Accounts). He was General Manager (Finance & Administration) in Golden Insurance Company Limited up till December 2006 before joining Crusader Insurance (Nigeria) Plc after the conclusion of the consolidation exercise.
EMMANUEL OLAJIDE OMOTERE Controller (Risk Management & Control). HND: MBA; M.Sc. (Finance); FCA. Olajide holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Ondo State Polytechnic, a Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Ado-Ekiti, Ondo State and a Master of Science (Finance) from Lagos State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Charteret Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is an Alumnus of Lagos State Business School. Olajide has over 15 years of cognate experience in Financial, Human Capital Management and General Administration. At present, Olajide is the Head of Internal Control Unit of the Group.
