This policy is to indemnify the insured against any physical damage or destruction to the property insured by any of the insured perils.

The policy covers fire, lightening, explosion and other Special perils like flood, aircraft impact, riot, strikes and Malicious damage, burst pipes or overflowing of water tanks, etc.

The special perils are granted on request for business Premises while they are automatically granted for private Dwellings This cover can be extended to include riot strike damage at an extra premium.
